  <p><strong>1. Overview</strong><br />
    Naze Ltd. offers subscription services that allow customers to receive products automatically
    on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms set out in this
    Subscription Policy.

  <p>Subscriptions are available on the following delivery frequencies:</p>

    <li>Monthly</li>
    <li>Every three (3) months</li>
    <li>Every six (6) months</li>
  </ul>

  <p>All subscriptions automatically renew on an ongoing basis until cancelled by the customer.</p>

  <p><strong>2. Billing &amp; Payment</strong><br />
    Payment is charged automatically at the start of each subscription cycle, based on the
    delivery frequency you select. By subscribing, you authorise Naze Ltd. to charge your chosen
    payment method for each recurring order.

    The renewal date is the date on which your subscription is automatically charged according to
    your selected delivery frequency. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their
    subscription before the renewal date.

  <p>Once a subscription order has been processed, it is non-refundable.</p>

  <p><strong>3. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription</strong></p>

  <p><strong>a) Customer Portal (Recommended)</strong><br />
    You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

  <p><strong>b) Cancellation by Email</strong><br />
    If you choose to cancel your subscription by email, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice
    before your next scheduled order is due to be processed. Orders that have already been
    processed are non-refundable.

  <p><strong>4. Order Processing Cut-Off</strong><br />
    Once a subscription renewal payment has been successfully processed, the order is
    confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded. To avoid being charged for the
    next cycle, any changes or cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

  <p><strong>5. Pricing Changes</strong><br />
    Naze Ltd. reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Customers will be
    notified in advance of any price changes and will have the opportunity to cancel their
    subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue at the new price.

  <p><strong>6. Product Availability &amp; Stock Delays</strong><br />
    In the event of stock shortages or fulfilment delays, subscription orders will be dispatched
    once the products become available. This may result in a delay to your scheduled delivery.

  <p><strong>7. Failed or Declined Payments</strong><br />
    If a payment attempt fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be
    completed, your subscription may be temporarily paused or cancelled until valid payment
    details are provided.

  <p><strong>8. Shipping Address Responsibility</strong><br />
    Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate and up to date for
    all recurring orders. Naze Ltd. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
    provided by the customer.

  <p><strong>9. Billing Disputes</strong><br />
    If you believe a subscription renewal has been processed in error, you must contact us at

    By subscribing, you agree to our recurring billing terms and cancellation requirements.
