Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, due to high demand and limited stock availability, order dispatch may be delayed by up to two weeks. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received once items are restocked. Customers will be notified via email of any significant delays or unavailability.

2. Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via An Post, Ireland's national postal service.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic (Ireland): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 5-14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We offer free shipping on all orders over EUR50, or the equivalent amount in the customer's local currency, applied automatically at checkout.

5. Tracked Shipping
All orders shipped on or after June 5, 2025, include tracked shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email once an order is dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout. Naze Ltd is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information.
